4. Dates
NRG will conduct one giveaway drawing. The date of the drawing is scheduled for August 30th, 2024.
THIS DRAWING DATE MAY CHANGE depending on NRG’s schedule and commitments.

5. How to Enter
Entry to the Sweepstakes is automatic for all customers who purchased a new or full-replacement roof from NRG during the calendar month of the drawing date.
NO ADDITIONAL PURCHASE NECESSARY. A LARGER PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

6. NOT A CONTRACT. NO LEGAL CONSIDERATION
The Sweepstakes is not subject to a legal contract. Entrance to the Sweepstakes does not require or involve separate legal consideration. Sweepstakes entrants understand and agree any payments or other consideration provided to NRG by entrants are for roof materials and work, and not related in any manner to entry in the Sweepstakes. NRG has the right to cancel and or modify the official rules at any time, without any prior notice. If this Sweepstakes is found to be in violation of any rule or regulation by a competent authority, NRG shall cancel or modify the giveaway as deemed appropriate.

7. Prize
The Sweepstakes winner will receive their purchased roof for free. LIMIT $20,000 CASH VALUE. The prize is non-transferable. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Prize Warranty
The free roof awarded by the Sweepstakes will include all the same warranties as if the winning customer had paid full price. Complete warranty terms for the roof will be
provided by NRG at the time of the initial contract signing.

9. Prize Drawing
NRG will select a potential winner via a random drawing. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Each entrant shall have the same odds of
winning the Sweepstakes prize. NRG will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 10 business
days, NRG may choose, at its sole discretion, to select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Tax Issues
NRG makes no representation regarding any existing tax issues or resulting tax consequences from the Sweepstakes. Entrants agree to comply with any and all
applicable tax rules and regulations. Entrants may wish to seek legal advice regarding applicable taxes and fees that arise out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes. All monetary obligations related to the Sweepstakes prize are the sole responsibility of the winning entrant.

11. General Conditions
All entrants agree to abide by all rules and requirements disclosed herein. NRG retains authority to disqualify an entrant for violation of these rules or for any breach of the underlying roof contract. In the event that operation or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited technical problems or human error, or in the event that the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, NRG at its sole discretion may delay or terminate the Sweepstakes. Failure by NRG to enforce any provision of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any portion of these Official Rules is deemed in violation of any applicable rule or regulation, the remaining portions of these Official Rules shall remain in effect.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless NRG and its employees, directors, officers, representatives, advertisers, or any other affiliated person from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes.

13. Disputes
This sweepstakes shall be governed by California law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present sweepstakes shall be handled through binding arbitration, with the parties initially and equally sharing the costs of arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The party deemed to be the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and arbitration costs.
